Our modern 4 bed 3 bath home is close to train and tram and 10km from the CBD. We live opposite a large park with sporting fields, playground and cycle path. We have a gardener and cleaner and two cars; a Mercedes 7 seater 4WD and a new Tesla Y. Plus two electric bikes. The house is warm and cool and spacious and comfortable. One king bed with ensuite, two bedrooms with bunks and a single bed and cot with family size bathroom. One queen size bed with ensuite. Would suit two families or two couples and children.We are experienced home exchangers. We also have extensive experience of canal boats in England, Scotland, France and Netherlands.

Motorhome in New Zealand for 40ft ish narrow boat. Hi . I spent a lot of my youth on boats many on the Thames. Also spent time helping to dig out the Kennet Avon canal back in the early 80s. I am planning a trip back to the UK in 2025 and am very keen to spend between two weeks and two months (flexible) on the canals. Will consider any area but Surrey or Oxford areas would be good. I have a 2012 Mercedes camper, set up for two. Can carry three. Has bike racks.

We have a narrowboat – ex-rental, 66ft/20.1m, with two ensuite twin/double cabins plus double convertible saloon, fully-equipped. It’s currently moored near Northampton. In the four years we’ve owned it, we have covered almost all the English canal and river system reachable by a 66ft boat. We’d now like to explore inland waterways further afield. We’d like to exchange 2-4 weeks on our boat for a similar amount of time on a motorboat on inland waterways that are currently outside our reach – perhaps Scotland, Ireland or anywhere in mainland Europe. We are looking to exchange a stay (1 or 2 weeks) on your UK canal boat between sept 1st and 14th, 2024 for our century-old fishing camp (holiday cottage) on the beautiful bay of quinte in Ontario Canada. Our cottage has an updated kitchen and bathroom, 3 double bedrooms, and you would have the use of our pontoon boat as well. It's a 1 hour drive from Kingston, on, or a 3 hour drive from Toronto, on.
