What a great little museum, packed with interesting and well preserved gems. It was our first trip to the Broads and we found out so much about the fascinating history of the area, it really helped us appreciate the work that has gone into shaping it. The boat trip was a real treat, we’;ve never been so close to a kingfisher. We so enjoyed meeting the friendly and informative volunteers who all have a great sense of humour. We take home many happy memories, thank you all 😀

Hidden gem of museum, which also offers boat trips along the river to view the wildlife (watch out for the Norfolk crocodiles). They have both electric and steam boats, the electric being particularly quiet.

Terrific museum with a wealth of exhibits covering all aspects of The Broads. We were made welcome by attentive reception staff and nice too that our dog was also.
