We did the kayak tour with Karl. It was the best kayaking experience we have ever had. Karl was knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent guide. It was a supremely calming experience with incredible views. Would do it again! Thanks Karl/Pirate Castle!

Wonderful after school activities for kids at such a reasonable cost, and lovely sessions for adults too. Great clean venue and friendly staff we are very lucky to have this in our area!

The venue is great, and they have a large variety of activities that you can do, mainly centered around the canal, however you are also able to book the hall for dry activities. The facilities are fully accessible, with a lift inside and a wheelchair ramp for the larger narrow-boat. All of the staff are very friendly and inclusive, and regularly do LGBT themed paddles.
